Heights is situated on a country lane 1.5 miles from the B4221.
o On arrival at the property you will turn into the main farmyard in
front of the house.
o There are no marked parking bays but there is ample room for all cars.
o Please park with the front of your vehicle facing the wall in front
of the house.
o The farmyard surface is fairly flat and level. There is a 15cm step
up to the front of the house.
o We are happy to assist guests with luggage.
Main Entrance, Reception
& Ticketing Area
o The front
door has a 15cm high ledge and is 90cm wide.
o On entry into the property there is a hallway which is 90cm wide at
its narrowest point.
o The floor is laminated and the hallway is well lit and on one level.
o There is a bell on the wall at the foot of the stairs to call for
assistance at any time.
Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing,
Corridors etc.

The downstairs hallway is laminated.
o The stairs and upstairs landing have a short pile fitted carpet.
o There are 13 stairs up to the first floor each with a height of 18cm,
a width of 80cm and a depth of 26cm.
o The upstairs landing has a width of 85cm at its narrowest point.
o There is a single step along the upstairs landing which is 19cm high.
There is a bannister rail on the right and a grab rail on the left of
this step.

Areas - Sitting room, lounges, lobbies etc.
o The hallway
to the lounge / dining room is 90cm wide at its narrowest point and
is well lit.
o The lounge / dining room is on the same level as the entrance and
has a wooden parquet flooring.

o Both bedrooms
have their own en-suite WC's.
Restaurant / Dining
Room, Bar & Bar area, Take Away & Cafe
o Breakfast
is served in the lounge / dining room. There are no steps.
o Furniture is flexible and can be moved on request.
o The large dining room table can sit six people and has a height of
60cm.
o Chairs can be moved to accommodate guests. There is a high chair available
for small children.
o Menus are provided in large print on request.
o The sofa and two armchairs have a seat height of 41cm.
o Good natural lighting from 2 windows and French doors.
Shop
o The nearest
shops are Gorsley Post Office (2 miles) and Lea Village Stores (2 miles).
o The market town of Newent is 4 miles away and Ross on Wye is 6 miles
away.
o Please ask us for anything you may have forgotten to bring e.g. toothbrush
etc. and we will do our best to help.

o A trampoline in the back garden can be used at guests' own risk.
o Newent Swimming Pool & Leisure Centre is 4 miles away and Ross

o Front door, back door and French doors in dining room can be used
in the need of evacuation.
o Bell on wall at foot of stairs for use in an emergency or to summon
assistance.
o We are a no smoking property.
o We can accept small items of food / medication for storage in our
fridge / freeer.
o We are happy to make table reservations for guests who want evening
meals at a local pub / restaurant.
o Wi-Fi Internet access available in some rooms.
